Emotional wellness is the core of what I do at Red Sage Acupuncture Center. I find that in many cases, the root cause of illness and physical dysfunction is coming from stress and emotional discomfort. With acupuncture treatment, many patients will find that they handle stress more easily. Sleep becomes more restful and daily life is more comfortable and more rewarding. And even better, I commonly hear patients say “I haven’t felt like this since I was a kid” or “I feel more like myself.” Acupuncture can literally change your life!

What I Recommend

For emotional wellness, I suggest a foundation of 5 weekly treatments. You can then choose ongoing treatment bi-weeky or monthly. Many patients opt to continue treatment for a year or more.
